Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate will apply from your next billing cycle.

Do you charge commission on sales?

No, we do not take any commission on your sales. You only pay the fixed monthly or yearly subscription fee. All payments from your customers go directly to your own payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, or bank).

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly or yearly subscription. For Enterprise customers, we also offer free onboarding, training, and data migration assistance.

Yes, you can create staff accounts with role-based access. Roles include Manager, Kitchen, Cashier, Waiter, and Delivery. Each role has specific permissions, so staff only see what they need. Staff access the same admin panel through their browser - no separate app needed.

Does Resezy support multiple branches?

Yes, multi-branch support is available on our Enterprise plan. You can manage all your restaurant locations from a single dashboard, with consolidated reporting and the ability to configure each branch separately.

What is the AI Assistant?

The AI Assistant is powered by Gemini AI and helps with customer support, answering questions about your restaurant, menu, and ordering. It can be customized with your restaurant's information and is available 24/7 to assist customers.

What payment methods can customers use?
